history:
Born and raised in Anse, Percy had a humble and modest raising from a dentist and his dentist assistant wife. He was their first child and their daughter followed second – once the perfect family was achieved they looked no further to expand it. They lived next door to their dentist office, so even if there was trouble at home their mother could come running and relieve the sister from their duties. It was a quaint and simple little life – it bored the hell out of Percy. There was something innately different with him from the start. He ripped the dolls heads off his sister’s dolls and watched her cry, because it was fun and he could. He only tumbled further into doings things that weren’t approved of in the eyes of the people he was surrounded with. Being a con-artist came naturally and eventually he had enough money to move, so he flew to Paris and kept conning more and more people until he decided he needed a change of scenery. Percy moved to the United States and considers himself a nomad, going from place to place. He’s decided to settle in Sapphire Bay when he heard of a woman with money and she was just his type: French.
