this is lily torres, a ninteen year old who is currently living with her brother, neil. now, their past has been a bumpy one (his app will be posted at the end) but they moved to sapphire bay together. she knows about his involvement with the irish mob and knows that he's trying to get out. um, their pretty much best friends even though there's a big age gap. he's super protective of her too. i don't know what else to say, since she's really up to you and such. neil loves his baby sister and i would love if it was s. gomez, just because they look so good and similar together!
