this lovely girl is ms. blake lively and i need her to be charlotte's best friend. like, these two are best friends. they tell each other everything and have been friends since they were five. we'll call her blake for now. blake and charlotte have grown up in saphire bay, california together. they are pretty much sisters. blake's family is rich, like, really rich. what their rich for is completely up to you. she should be twenty-two years old and the history is up to you. i would think that blake would be the better of the two; friendly, sincere, and loyal. but you could change her up all you want; totally up for it!

this lovely lady here is ms. nina dobrev! this is charlotte's other best friend, the devil of the three. charlotte may be a bitch, but nina is the girl who has everything. but she doesn't believe in love. at all. she sleeps with as many as people as possible since her mother is on her seventh remarriage. that's how their so rich; because of the mother's job of remarrying the richest bachelor's. now, her and charlotte have known each other since they were eight and fought over the prettiest dress at the second grade father/daughter dance. these two are more frienemies then best friends, but they get along pretty well anyways.
