This is ____ Dylan (pronounced die-l-ah-n and if you pronounce it wrong, expect a glare and a possible smack upside the head). He's been a rebel without a cause since he was in diapers. Intelligent but lacking common sense many many times, he is a shallow womanizer who enjoys playing games with women more so than his own job. In all honesty, he dislikes being a cop all together. He grew up right in Sapphire Bay and he tends to play the bad cop guy. In a way, he is a bit corrupt and has no problem taking payment if you want him to turn a blind eye to whatever it was he caught you doing wrong. He met Devon when they were both in the police academy and immediately, he knew she wasn't like most chicks. She was practically a GUY. He told her everything just like he would tell his other best friend, Ashton, but on the night of their graduation from the academy, they both got drunk and had a one night stand. He ended up cuddling with her-which is something Dylan NEVER does with a woman. Upon realizing this in the morning, he kicked her out and told her not to tell anyone about it because he, since he's brutally honest, didn't want people to know he'd had a one night stand with someone like her: unattractive.
That was the last time he heard from her before she up and disappeared. He found out, after a year or so from Ashton, that she'd up and joined the marines a week after graduation because her father passed away though deep down, surprisingly, Dylan started feeling horrible about the entire ordeal but hasn't fessed up and told Ashton anything. Now, almost five years later, she showed up at the police station and he almost didn't recognize her-and to his surprise, they were paired up since she didn't have a partner and his just retired. Let's just say these two are in for a bumpy ride!
