At the moment he’s going to school for Music and Theater, while working needlessly at a coffee shop when he’s not helping his mom out at her dance studio. His parents are rather wealthy, but he doesn’t speak to his father much, his mother owns her own dance studio which has always taken up loads of her time. Basically he’s not really close with either of his parents, however he’s super close with all his siblings. The boy will talk to absolutely anyone, so I’d imagine he’d have a lot of acquaintances and his ability to make people feel like he’s known them his entire life tends to help him make friends. He’s very social. However he’s never really been popular, due to that fact that his antics tend to be completely on the dorky side. To truly be Dexter’s friend one has to be willing to put up with his energetic and goofy ways, such as him breaking out in dance to no music for absolutely no conceivable reason. To not only accept it, but not be embarrassed by him. Dexter only has a couple friends he can really open up to, but he tends to bottle his emotions, so he doesn’t talk about his feelings much regardless. He doesn’t want to burden anyone. I imagine anyone who doesn’t like awesome people would be his enemy. In all seriousness though you can’t please everyone and no matter how wonderfully awesome someone is they are bound to have people who don’t see it. Though, it could also be that he’s blunt and can be ADD at times, but it’s probably because they just don’t like awesome people… or dorks. Since he got his heart broken in high school he hasn’t had a steady girlfriend though he does date occasionally, but he’s not the type to sleep around considering he’s a virgin. Though a fling that only involved making out and dates are more than welcome, if you’re interested I made a request for a love interest for him here. Feel free to take a read, it’s a very open request to be honest. I'm open to suggestions with him, so go on sex him up you know you want to. |
